Hi! I'm Telsha. I'm a certified life coach, speaker, and thought leader on narcissistic personality disorder and narcissistic behaviors in friendships, relationships, and the workplace. I'm also a survivor. To-date I've reached over two million people with my messages of hope for a better and new life after being in a relationship with a, romantic or platonic, narcissist; and giving strategies on ways to break free from narcissist strongholds, managing interactions with nacissists and healing from the emotional and mental damages that narcissist leaves in the lives of their victims. I believe that my passion and platform was given directly from God to help others break-free and get on a journey to living their best life.
